      • Legal basis for processing: Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Administrator and the Service's Users in preventing and protecting against scams. Applicable laws in the Administrator's jurisdiction may define additional legal bases or requirements.
    • Technical data of Users using the Service:
      • Type of data: User's IP address.
      • Purpose of processing: Providing access to the Service, technical and security purposes of the Service, including preventing abuse, spam, and attacks on the Service. This data is used for the proper functioning and protection of the Service.

      • Retention period: IP addresses of Users are stored for a period of 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted.

    • Service Users: Scammer data from the Database is publicly available through the Service's search engine for Users.
    • Processors: IT service providers (e.g., server provider, Cloudflare), analytical service providers (Google Analytics) – only to the extent necessary for providing services to the Administrator and in accordance with concluded agreements or accepted terms.
    We do not sell or rent personal data.

Data processed by these entities may be transferred and stored on servers outside the User's or Administrator's jurisdiction.
